Plan, coordinate, and track projects from design, fabrication, to installation, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.

Communicate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.

Liaise with carpentry workshops, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials and resources are ready and accurate.

Conduct site inspections, supervise installation, and ensure work meets quality, design, and safety standards.

Monitor budgets, track material usage, prepare variation orders, and ensure projects are completed within cost and timeline.

Manage residential and corporate furniture projects, including delivery and installation.

Support overall project planning, scheduling, and operations to ensure timely completion.
