• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.
• Experience in utility infrastructure delivery (e.g., power, water, roadways etc).
• Experience in project management principles (e.g., Cost/Schedule/Scope/Risk Management).

• Experience interacting with various government and regulatory bodies.
• Experience in change management and communication strategy.
• Experience with infrastructure contracting, legal language, financial terms, and governance setup.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across multiple internal departments.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from analysis.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. • Ensure the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all APAC region projects, in compliance with all processes and procedures mandated by the Offsite Infrastructure Delivery and Controls (OIDC) Program Lead.
• Escalate all project issues to appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage the accuracy and updates of project-level data within enterprise tools (e.g., Quickbase database).
• Engage effectively and collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders (including Energy and Location Strategy acquisition and development teams).
• Document, maintain, and improve existing project/program management processes.
