Citi's International Personal Bank (IPB) Singapore was established in 1983 to meet the offshore banking needs of affluent individuals that reside within Asia-Pacific. IPB provides banking and investment services in Singapore to these individuals who have a global lifestyle and minimum assets of US$200,000 to help them grow, protect and preserve their wealth in choice jurisdictions.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Development Manager (BDM) - C11, based in Singapore. For instance:

• Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.
• Citi provides programs and services for your physical and mental well-being including access to telehealth options, health advocates, confidential counseling and more. Coverage varies by country.

• Identify and onboard new-to-bank Citigold customers, through internal and external channels
• To help increase market share for IPB Thailand market
• Assist client in their account opening application
• Actively engage potential referrers and prospects to generate a pipeline of prospects
• Tight follow up with prospects to convert them into clients and ensure healthy funding
• Deliver on the score card parameters but not limited to grow NTBs, clients' digital penetration, qualified funding
• Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service
• Meet the compliance and controls standards set by the Citigroup

• Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred
• Meticulous and mature personality, with a high level of initiative and drive
• Strong team player with good relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel to Thailand for business, where required
• Conversant in Thai language to support Thai-speaking clients

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
