Job Description - Senior Associate, Specialist, Performance Marketing, Group Marketing and Communications (WD80214)
Business Function
Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with country marketing teams to drive the use of a standardised framework for accurate performance tracking to identify contribution to business metrics, evaluate ROAS, and derive actionable insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for performance reporting for the Consumer Business, ensuring accurate and insightful communication of results.
- Coordination of the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (target audience precision, applying BSci driven content etc.,) across various digital channels (e.g., SEM, SEO, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliates) for X-border, regional campaigns
- Execute regional consumer campaigns, such as consolidated SEM buys for offshore Treasures across all markets, ensuring effective localization and cultural relevance where necessary.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to identify optimisation opportunities and provide recommendations for Consumer and Wealth Management marketing teams
- Work closely with the Enterprise team to champion the adoption of enterprise digital marketing capabilities and best practices across the Consumer Banking Group markets.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and digital innovations to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies for maximum impact.
Serve as the subject matter expert for the Consumer Business, providing comprehensive updates on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to drive adtech capabilities development.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Marketing role
- Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies with solid experience in performance marketing (SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliates, SEO)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, including ROAS evaluation, customer acquisition cost management, and leveraging digital marketing tools for optimization
- Able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, country marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies
- Able to think strategically and execute end-to-end
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in anchoring a Centre of Excellence for digital marketing and serving as a subject matter expert for ad-tech capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude
- Financial services and/or MarTech experience preferred
