We are looking for a Head of School for an International School based in Singapore. This position is available starting in the upcoming 2026–27 academic year in August 2026.

About the school

This well-regarded IB school in Singapore offers a full continuum of IB programmes for students aged 2–18, alongside bilingual pathways (Chinese–English and French–English) and enrichment options such as STEAM and Open Minds. Its Lakeside campus is designed to create distinct learning communities across Nursery to Grade 12, supported by modern classrooms, learning pods, and flexible learning spaces that foster an inquiry-based approach and a strong sense of belonging.

About the role

As Head of School, you will serve as the executive principal for a large K–12 campus, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across the school. You will directly line-manage the Division Principals, ensuring strong alignment on academic standards, student wellbeing, staffing, and campus-wide priorities while driving a cohesive, high-performing school culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide overall strategic, academic, financial, HR, and operational leadership for a large K–12 international school in Singapore.
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality IB education, continuous improvement, and innovation in curriculum and learning.
  • Drive financial sustainability and growth, balancing educational excellence with strong business performance.
  • Partner closely with the Board of Directors to shape long‑term vision, strategy, and governance priorities.
  • Act as the school’s primary representative to key stakeholder communities regionally and globally (families, partners, regulators, networks).
  • Strengthen bilingual and cross‑cultural learning as a clear differentiator across academics and student life.
  • Lead with creativity, collaboration, and accountability, building a high‑performing senior leadership team and aligning the wider organization to core priorities.
