Job summary
A marine services company in Singapore is seeking a professional to liaise with clients and prepare job quotations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Engineering and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the marine and offshore industry. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, issuing service orders, and assisting in contract preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Work experience in the Marine and Offshore industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients for job enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure job execution as per schedule.
- Issue Service Orders and handle billing for completed jobs.
- Assist with contract review and preparation post-job completion.
- Provide administration support to Directors.
Skills
Education
- Liaising with clients for job enquiry and prepare quotations.
- Coordinating with clients and internal operation team to ensure the job is carry out as per schedule and quoted job scope.
- Issuing of Service Order (SO) to clients and close up billing for the completed jobs.
- Issuing PO to suppliers/ vendors / contractors.
- To assist commercial manager to review and prepare contract to the Client once the job is complete.
- Assist Directors with the day to day on administration / commercial matters.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Manager and prepare monthly report on the award jobs.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Engineering related discipline
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Work experience in the Marine and Offshore industry will be an added advantage.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Meticulous, committed and good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
