Vouch is partnering with a global insurance industry leader, and we're actively seeking a Head of Digital Transformation to play a key role in driving enterprise project and leading a team of business analyst and testers. Experience in project management and software testing is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the organization's end-to-end IT project implementation, from requirement gathering, translating technical specification, UAT, Deployment, Go-Live, Maintenance
  • Guide, manage, and groom a team of Business Analysts and Testers, both onshore and offshore to execute the project implementation
  • Engage with stakeholders and various key departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for project success
  • Analyze business requirements, IT solutioning, provide insightful recommendations to align with project goals
Requirements
  • Education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
  • Extensive years of working experience driving end-to-end enterprise projects, full SDLC
  • Background in the Insurance industry is a must
  • Ability to collaborate with regional teams, including managing overseas development teams of up to 50 resources
  • Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder management
