• Design, develop, and maintain hydraulic systems for machinery and marine equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic pumps and motors.
• Perform installation and testing of hydraulic systems onboard vessels.
• Prepare technical drawings and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic equipment.
• Collaborate with teams during repair and modification works.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain hydraulic systems andcomponents used in machinery, marine equipment, and industrialapplications.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnostics, andrepair of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, and controlsystems.
• Perform installation, testing, flushing, andcommissioning of hydraulic systems onboard vessels, offshore platforms, orindustrial sites.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and hydrauliccircuit diagrams.
• Carry out pressure testing, flow checks, andperformance analysis to ensure optimal system operation.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance onhydraulic equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and projectteams during repair, modification, and upgrade works.
• Evaluate damaged hydraulic components and recommendrepair procedures or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, marineregulations, and industry best practices during all hydraulic operations.
• Assist in preparing quotations, job scopedescriptions, cost estimates, and material lists.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, anddocumentation for completed works.
• Support procurement by identifying suitable hydraulicparts, seals, hoses, fittings, and consumables.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to customersand internal teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) forrecurring hydraulic failures and propose preventive actions.
