A Care Concierge (Clinical) is responsible for attending to residents’ needs in their activities of daily living and performing basic nursing care procedures under the direction of trained nurses according to established protocols, and standards of patient care and practices.

He/She attends relevant nursing support care training to ensure that his/her knowledge and skills remain up-to-date to provide residents with quality patient care.

• Attend to patients' needs in their activities of daily living
• Assist in basic physiological monitoring of patients
• Perform planned nursing interventions
• Assist trained nurses in medical emergency or crisis situations
• This will include assisting the residents to the bathroom and providing continence care (inclusive of diaper-changing), bathing, dressing, life enrichment activity and maintaining of his/her dignity throughout the stay

• Assist healthcare professionals in clinical consultations
• Transfer patients with stable conditions for clinical appointments, household transfers or hospital transfers
• Participate in quality improvement audits and activities

• Possess basic IT skills
• Priority will be given to those who are willing to perform 3 rotating shift duties; or work on weekends/ public holiday
