Responsibilities
- Perform minor maintenance.
- Performing checks, start-up and shutdown operations on process equipment.
- Carry out filter changes.
- Isolating piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade change.
- Adjusting process parameters to optimize operations under supervision.
- Commissioning and decommissioning of process equipment.
- Performing emergency shutdown of process equipment.
- Proper handing and blending of non-conforming products.
- Preparing plant equipment for maintenance.
- Preparing chemicals for process operations.
- Performing inter-tank transfers of chemicals.
- Performing emergency response activities and drills.
Education

- 12 Hours Rotating Shift
- No experience required. Training provided
- Perform minor maintenance
- Performing checks, start-up and shutdown operations on process equipment such as pumps and compressors
- Carry out filter changes
- Isolating piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade change and troubleshooting operations
- Adjusting process parameters to optimize process operations under supervision of Supervisors
- Commissioning and decommissioning of process equipment
- Performing emergency shutdown of process equipment
- Proper handing and blending of non-conforming and off specs products
- Preparing plant equipment for maintenance
- Preparing chemicals, including mixing and dilution, for process operations
- Performing inter-tank transfers of chemicals and products based on established quality procedures
- Performing emergency response activities and drills
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to perform 12-hr rotating shift
