• Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process including but not limited.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Need to liaise with the suppliers to negotiate and to get a better price.
• To increase the customer relationship and increase customer base with prompt response.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to promote professional growth.
• Required immediate response, high reliability and flexibility.
• Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift)
