Job summary
A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Night Shift Operator to manage equipment operations from 8pm to 5:30am, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will ensure safety standards are met, carry out inspections using microscopes, and report any issues promptly. This position offers a basic salary starting at $1600 with performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
- Responsible for the safe operations of equipment to manufacture products.
- Comfortable using a microscope for long hours to inspect defects.
Responsibilities
- Perform checks and ensure safety features are functional.
- Report issues with safety features immediately to a supervisor.
- Comply with management regulations and job assignment.
Salary range: Operator: $1600 Basic
Allowances: Role ($30 - $100) Quarterly Incentive ($100 - $300)
Permanent Night, Mon to Fri, 8pm to 5:30am ($15/per shift)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible safe operations of equipment to manufacture products.
- Perform checks and ensure safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc)
- Report immediately to direct supervisor if any safety features are not functional or alteration.
- Comply with the management regulation of company and department, obey the job assignment.
- Comfortable using long hour of Microscope for inspection of defects.
