Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a Process Associate Engineer to support engineering and daily production activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including 2 years in process experience related to Wets. Responsibilities include assisting with process recipe setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting, ensuring process integrity, and coordinating with production operators. Flexible working hours and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Job description

Position Summary

The Process Associate Engineer is responsible to support the engineering activities as well as the daily production activities reliably and efficiently.

Candidates with related experience in Semiconductor and LCD processes are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist Process Engineers in:

1. Process recipe setup and qualification for production
2. Process monitoring and improvement
3. Troubleshoot process-related issue
4. Disposition and holding of lots
5. Data collection

Support production line by:

1. Ensuring process integrity for machines is in place for production.
2. Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area.
3. Co‑ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of process experience in Wets.
• Experience in SPC.
• Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts, and flexible to work under various shift patterns.
