Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for customer service representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls in Mandarin and English. This full-time role offers 100% work from home during the night shift and requires candidates to assist customers with inquiries and document interactions in a CRM system. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and experience in customer service is a plus. A refundable deposit for equipment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to translate for Mandarin and English speakers.

Job Details

• 100% work from home
• 100% night shift
• This is a full time position for 3 months (subjected to renewal)
• $19 per hour
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Mandarin and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements

Equipment Deposit

A refundable deposit of $150 is required for the headset and writing pad, which will be provided to you for this role.

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable).
