A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for customer service representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls in Mandarin and English. This full-time role offers 100% work from home during the night shift and requires candidates to assist customers with inquiries and document interactions in a CRM system. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and experience in customer service is a plus. A refundable deposit for equipment is required.
A refundable deposit of $150 is required for the headset and writing pad, which will be provided to you for this role.
