A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist. Responsibilities include server installation and administration, network support, and ensuring IT security compliance. Candidates should have a diploma in Information Technology, knowledge of Cisco devices, and experience in server maintenance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - At least 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of Servers and installation.
Responsabilités
- Installation of server and software development administration.
- Provide technical support for office network.
- Maintenance of office datacentre site infrastructure.

- Installation of server,administration of software development in the server.
- Provide technical support and administration for office network.
- Maintenance of the office, datacentre site infrastructure.
- Backup of user desktop/ server/ harddisk.
- VMWare administration.
- Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Administration of office 365 on user desktop/ laptop.
- Administration of Cisco switches, firewall.
- Maintain and update documentation of IT systems.
- Ensure network security compliance with IT security requirement.
- Standby for datacentre(including DR) infrastructure.
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Cisco Network Devices (Switch and Router), know how to set up/ troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Servers (Installing of Server Parts, installing servers in Server Racks, setting up of servers).
- Basic knowledge of firewall.
