Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in a relevant technical role.
• Experience with Linux, RHEL, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Perl, Python, Bash, or PHP.

Responsibilities

• Implement software and hardware upgrades/patching.
• Troubleshoot network faults and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide Tier 2 & 3 technical support and manage vendor interactions.
