Job summary
A beauty-tech and wellness brand in Singapore is seeking a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead TikTok and Instagram content. This role involves filming, editing, and managing short videos while collaborating with UGC creators and supporting campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty content, skilled in video creation, and has a strong aesthetic sense. This position offers creative freedom and performance bonuses.

- Strong filming and editing skills for TikTok/IG content.
- Good aesthetic sense and familiarity with beauty/skincare content.
- Basic copywriting skills; ability to craft simple, engaging captions.
- Proficient in CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or similar tools.
- Owns a camera or high-quality iPhone for shooting.
- Organised, proactive, and able to execute content independently.
- Bonus: Experience with beauty brands, UGC creators, or social commerce.
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit weekly short-form videos for TikTok and IG.
- Scout, brief, and manage UGC creators; approve submissions.
- Spot emerging TikTok/IG trends and integrate them into the content plan.
