A maritime company in Singapore is seeking a crew management professional to source new seafarers and verify their credentials. Ideal candidates should have at least a diploma and relevant experience in the maritime industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This role involves liaising with various agents and maintaining crew documentation. Competitive salary and opportunities for growth are offered.
Qualificações
- Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant crew manning experience in the Maritime industry.
- Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, well organized and able to work fast under pressure.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
Responsabilidades
- Source for new seafarers from crew manning agencies.
- Arrange interviews for senior officers.
- Check and verify seafarer's certificates.
- Liaise with crew manning and port agents.
- Update crew planning and rotation lists.
