A maritime services company in Singapore seeks a Sales Support Coordinator to support the sales team with tasks such as managing customer data, coordinating events, and implementing sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a diploma/degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is required. A strong organizational attitude and proactive skills are essential for success in this position.
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our company.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential support with presentations, business reviews, deal proposals, and customer analysis. You will manage customer, vessel, and contract data, coordinate sales meetings and customer events, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

This position reports to the Head of Sales / Sales Support Team Lead and works closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Credit, Operations, Asset Management, and Sales Operations teams.
