  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and up-selling / cross-selling of relevant product or service offerings.
  • Deliver consultative sales: assess customer needs, design solution proposals, provide technical / regulatory / compliance advice.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, regulatory changes (e.g. IMO, flag states, safety and medical regulations), and feed market intelligence back to internal teams.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, manage pricing, contract terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations, product, technical support, and after-sales teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets / KPIs. Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong consultative selling skills — able to understand complex customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of maritime regulations / standards & market dynamics relevant to medical and safety solutions on board vessels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to build and maintain relationships at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Able to travel internationally and domestically as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field is preferred.

  • A challenging and rewarding role in a growing company with strong reputation in the maritime medical and safety segment.
  • Opportunity to shape strategy, influence product/service development, and make real impact.
  • Competitive remuneration package (base salary + commission / bonus) and benefits.
