What You’ll Do

• Learn to manage recruitment assignments for mid‑to‑senior level roles in shipping and maritime.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates across the APAC region.
• Support the full recruitment cycle: job briefs, candidate search, interviews, and offer management.
• Build expertise in maritime recruitment and position yourself as a valued industry partner.
