We’re searching for an EQUIPMENT ENGINEER to be part of our ETCH DEPARTMENT diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for equipment preventive maintenance and equipment performance indices.

What you will be working on:

1. Establish systems/guidance in sustaining and improving all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.
2. Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production when requested.
3. Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and troubleshoot equipment-related problems on a timely basis to minimize equipment downtime.
4. Conduct installation and hook-up of new equipment.
5. Perform tasks with zero error.
6. Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions.
7. Oversee the preparation of consumables/preventive maintenance parts to ensure adequate provision.
8. Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and provide feedback to the team to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives.
9. Assist in implementing and managing process improvement projects.
10. Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab.
11. Safe custody of tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the Module.
12. Initiate, organize, develop, and lead task-force for short-term problem solving and long-term continuous improvement.

More About You:

1. Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics or equivalent.
2. 2-5 years semiconductor wafer fab experience as an Equipment Engineer.
3. Engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system, and electrical wiring system.
4. Familiar with TEL Unity DRM/ ME+ Platform and Dry Strippers/ AMAT Centura Etch/ AMAT Centura HDP CVD.
5. Good Team Player.
6. Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
7. Fresh graduates with semiconductor wafer fab internship experience are also welcomed to apply.
