Live and breathe design, UI, UX and mobile? Want to make an impact locally and internationally with your designs? If that’s a yes, this might just be the job for you!We are looking for a highly motivated designer who is able to tell compelling stories with his/ her designs, and has a passion for marketing, web, mobile, and all things digital. You will be given the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams, and will be faced with the challenge of converting complex verbal and written concepts and ideas into accessible and interesting designs for various target audiences.Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in marketing and branding, and is able to leverage the latest design and video software to create versatile and on-brand visual representations. What you will be working on:

• Conceptualise and design digital communication such as web, mobile and tablet; occasionally print collateral design is required.
• Create graphic content for web and social platforms.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects at a time, with a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
• Ensure all work adheres to our brand guidelines.
• Continuously keep up-to-date with changing and emerging technological, design trends and best practices.
• Assist in portal/website testing, focusing on usability.

What we are looking for:

• Background in Art/Design/Creative or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the design industry.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design with strong portfolio.
• Comfortable adapting quickly to changing requirements.
• Proficient in creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite.
• Web design knowledge and experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS/PHP is necessary.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Result-oriented, motivated and outside-the-box thinker.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Knowledge in video production will be advantageous.
• Copywriting skills will be advantageous.
