Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in New Product Introduction criteria for the following: manufacturing process development, tool design, integrated schedules, design to cost, sourcing technical support, quality qualifications, test support, production, testing and tool & fixtures design.
• Provide assistance in technical leadership for manufacturing process of cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, inspection, testing and tool & fixtures design.
• Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and test methodologies
• Help to manage effectively multiple priorities under tight deadlines and bring assigned projects/programs to successful completion and profitability
• Help gather data and develop manufacturing solutions and document required supporting OMS, SOE, MI, drawings and specs.
• Perform electric-mechanical assembly work and provide guidance to the junior technicians.
