Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager will act as the Program Management Lead, overseeing multiple workstreams and regional initiatives across large-scale business transformation programs. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to establish governance, manage delivery teams, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects, workstreams, and regions
• Establish and manage the program structure, governance, resourcing, and PMO operating model
• Oversee Project Managers and SMEs, driving accountability, performance targets, and delivery excellence
• Own integrated program plans including timelines, budgets, resources, reporting, and risk management
• Report program progress, risks, and dependencies to executive sponsors and steering committees
• Drive issue resolution, escalation, and corrective actions where required
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, conflict resolution, and delivery momentum
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and share lessons learned with senior leadership

Requirements

• 10-12 years' experience delivering full lifecycle business transformation projects on SAP and/or Salesforce platforms
• 5-8 years' experience in Program Management or PMO roles managing large, cross‑functional initiatives
• Strong experience in regional or global enterprise environments and matrixed organisations
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 (Sales & Manufacturing), CRM, change management, and business transformation
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP preferred); Agile experience is a plus
• Experience in IT process transformation; Lean Six Sigma exposure is advantageous
• Solid understanding of sales, manufacturing, and/or finance end-to-end processes
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with high resilience in complex environments
