COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the Construction Material Department.
• Preparing and following up on emails with detailed test reports accurately and promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of test reports before distribution.
• File and maintain records of all test reports for easy retrieval.
• Enter data into e-jobsheets and print weekly timesheets.
• Raise requisitions for materials including equipment calibrations, consumables, and stationeries.
• Handle worker-related matters such as leave applications and course schedules.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all department-related documents.
• Performing other admin duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum ITE level or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or civil engineering
• Those with experience in laboratory testing of civil engineering materials will be advantageous
• Good documentation and planning skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
