Job summary

A leading global organization in Singapore is seeking a Lift Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering and experience in building maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This full-time role offers a monthly salary up to $3010 plus allowances and bonuses. Immediate starters are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance is an added advantage.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support operational readiness by fulfilling standby duties, assisting teams when required, and following up on breakdown reports.
• Uphold safety and compliance by adhering to workplace procedures, environmental policies, and participating in regulatory inspections.
• Manage tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper handling, usage, and safekeeping in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism through effective communication with supervisors and collaboration with internal teams.
• Document maintenance activities accurately, support investigations into equipment issues, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements
