Technical Officer, Ticket Service Provider

What You Will Do

At SPL, you are an integral part of our team - driving meaningful projects and witnessing the tangible difference your work makes.

As a Technical Officer, you will ensure the reliable operation of ticketing systems across service centres and e-Lobbies, providing technical support to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality service operations.

Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of LTA and TL devices to ensure operational reliability.

Follow work procedures and risk assessments while carrying out maintenance tasks.

Assist in setup or relocation of devices at Ticketing Service Centres or e-Lobbies.

Maintain lighting systems and other support equipment at service centres.

Ensure safe and proper housekeeping of Maintenance Site Offices.

Support Engineers or Supervisors with maintenance, project tasks, and ad-hoc duties.

Supervise contractors during repair and project testing at Ticketing Service Centres.

Assist in parts delivery from HQ to stations or Bus Interchanges when needed.

Perform additional duties as instructed by supervisor.

This role might be for you if you have:

Relevant technical training in Electronics, Electro-Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment is an advantage.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Punctual, disciplined and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to identify, prioritize and resolve tasks efficiently.

Willing to work shifts (0700–1630 / 1300–2230), weekends, public holidays, and occasional nights

This role will be stationed atToa Payoh(central zone)
