About the Role:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of school properties.
  • Monitor and ensure the maintenance of properties, including scheduling repairs and addressing school issue.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare inspection reports and documentation related to property conditions.
  • Assist in preparing reports on property performance and financial summaries.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with clients and service providers.
  • Update and maintain property management systems or databases.
About You:
  • Degree / Diploma in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
  • Knowledge in building works and facilities management
  • Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
