Job description

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service requests in accordance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
• Troubleshoot and repair any system abnormalities during maintenance service calls at customer premises.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors’ work quality for maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support to other departments’ staff as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Electrical/Electronics.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years’ experience in service and maintenance of alarm, card access, and CCTV systems.
• Certifications in Building Construction Safety Supervisor, Work-At-Height, or Risk Management.
