Job summary
A maintenance solutions provider in Singapore is hiring a Maintenance Technician to manage and execute electrical work tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, updating project progress, and ensuring safety standards are met. The candidate will assist with customer inquiries and coordinate with site personnel and contractors for optimal execution of tasks. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail within a dynamic site environment.
Responsibilities
- Pre-plan and prioritize work tasks.
- Update progress before, during, and after work on site.
- Assist with project site operations and ensure timely electrical work.
- Maintain awareness of electrical hazards and safety knowledge.
- Perform routine services, repairs, and replacements on equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries, needs, and complaints.
- Inspect and maintain electrical equipment on site.
- Document routine findings and rectifications.
- Attend to work orders from operations and management.
- Coordinate with site personnel and external contractors.
- Pre-plan and prioritize works for the task given.
- As a Maintenance Technician, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.
- Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.
- Awareness in electrical hazards & safety knowledge
- Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment.
- Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.
- Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.
- Liaising and coordinating with site personnel, third-party and external contractor.
