Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Educational background in Business / Marketing or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives for the Diagnostics Services team.
- Develop and maintain marketing and outreach efforts.
- Respond to feedback from clients to improve service.
- Provide support for business development activities.
- Maintain the unit’s internet and intranet pages.
- Manage contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead communication and relationship with stakeholders.

- Planning and executing initiatives and projects that support the strategic and operational goals of the Diagnostics Services team.
- Partner with Diagnostics service leads to develop, implement, and maintain marketing and outreach efforts for the business unit.
- Manage and respond to feedback from internal and external clients to support continuous service improvement.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and professional support for business development activities and cross-functional projects.
- Maintain and update the business unit’s internet and intranet pages, ensuring accurate content and timely enhancements based on user feedback.
- Oversee and manage both new and existing contracts with internal and external stakeholders, including coordinating with the Legal team on any changes to terms and conditions.
- Lead communication efforts and foster strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring timely updates and clear dissemination of workflow-related changes.
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development, project coordination and stakeholder communication within the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Education qualification in any Business / Marketing field or equivalent
