A leading HR management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to ensure compliance with legal and company standards in compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR Management and over 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing training initiatives and conducting compensation benchmarking. Application includes providing current salary and availability details.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits analysis.
- Experience with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and HQ requirements.
- Benchmark compensation and oversee merit increment processes.
- Guide HR in training-related matters and conduct training needs analysis.
