Job Summary:

The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to assist in running the project smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
  • Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Supervise and support employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Resolve conflicts and handle employee concerns professionally.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and service requests.
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
  • Identify operational issues and work with the Manager to develop solutions.
  • Make quick and effective decisions in the absence of the Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
