- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for building, A&A, and infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate and manage project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Conduct measurement and valuation of works, including progress claims and variation orders.
- Coordinate with consultants, main-contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on pricing and scope.
- Monitor and control project expenditure and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare final accounts and project reports.
