Candidates should bring over 10 years of relevant L&D experience, exceptional communication skills, and an understanding of HNW client needs. Qualifications
- 10+ years of Learning & Development experience in sales training and coaching focused on HNW segments.
- Experience in designing and delivering key learning programs and projects.
- Agility in both strategic and hands-on roles.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the HNW Sales Leadership Program.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps.
- Establish partnerships with industry and academic institutes.
