A leading medical device company is seeking an Indirect Channel Management leader based in Korea. The role requires fluency in Korean and English, with at least 8 years of commercial experience in leadership and channel management. Responsibilities include developing strategies for indirect channels, managing stakeholder education, and ensuring compliance with established standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills and be prepared for up to 50% travel.
This leader of Indirect Channel Management (ICM) is the key role in developing and executing strategy related to all Indirect Channels in the ASEAN Hong Kong and Taiwan Region. The role will require cross functional collaboration and commercial focus, working with regional and global ICM leads to ensure global standards on ICs implemented within the region. She(or he) will also ensure there is continuous improvement in how channel partners are managed by ensuring both performance growth and operating with robust compliance standards.
Compensation Grade: 14. Sales Strategy.4IC
Travel Percentage: 30 ~ 50%
