We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Coastal Acoustic is a brand of Carpe, where exceptional dining meets live music. This role is crucial in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and boosting revenue streams. The ideal candidate will gain strong experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, with a passion for creating long‑term business value and delivering memorable dining experiences in line with the Business.

Specific Responsibelities :
  • Develop and execute bold, long-term business strategies to expand Carpe Omnia Ent Pte. Ltd., positioning our business its signature brand, at the forefront of growth and innovation.
  • Identify and capitalize on diversification opportunities, including catering services, corporate partnerships and ticketed live music events, to broaden market reach.
  • Drive growth initiatives that align with Coastal Acoustic is a brand of Carpe vision ensuring a consistent engaging and memorable guest experience.
  • Represent the company at hospitality forums and networking events, effectively positioning it as a market leader within the industry.
  • Ensure that all promotions, events and campaigns uphold the integrity, authenticity and identity.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights through surveys and feedback to refine and enhance service offerings for continuous improvement.
  • Curate exclusive member events, VIP nights and immersive dining and live music experiences that elevate the company overall reputation.
  • Strategically plan and manage budgets for business development, events, and marketing campaigns to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Establish the company as a cultural and lifestyle destination where exceptional dining harmoniously blends with live music and community engagement.
