Job summary
A leading laboratory in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Executive to support radiation dose monitoring services. The role involves enhancing services, leading customer surveys, and ensuring accurate dosimeter processes. Candidates should have a diploma in a Science discipline and ideally 1-2 years of laboratory experience. This position is open to Singaporeans only and offers a chance to contribute to health safety efforts.

Join a leading laboratory in Singapore dedicated to providing radiation dose monitoring services to protect the health and safety of radiation workers. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our team in delivering quality service and operational excellence.
- Enhance work processes and build strong customer relationships to deliver outstanding service.
- Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive service improvements.
- Monitor application payments and dosimeter issuance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on returned dosimeters, manage courier job lists, and maintain communication with customers to uphold quality standards.
- Diploma in any Science discipline.
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in a service laboratory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
- Open to Singaporeans only.
- Contribute to an impactful mission that safeguards the health of radiation workers.
