Overview
Location: Tampines
Duration: 12 months contract
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break
Salary: Up to $2500
Responsibilities
Process RPC (Regional Processing Center) Hong Kong main trade transaction.
Matching and reconciliation of all work completed.
Filing and general Admin
Covering duties of EWF (Export Work Flow (export trade process including vessel/document checks) if required
Assist in any admin duties and adhoc work as assigned by supervisors
You will also be required to assist in department admin work and adhoc special projects as and when assigned by your supervisor/s.
You will assist the team in any adhoc admin work and projects as assigned
Job rotation may be required as and when (however, you will be advised accordingly)
