Machine Maintenance Technician

Information:

Salary range: Basic $2,500 - $3,000; Monthly Rotating Shift.

Shift: Morning (7am - 3pm); Afternoon (3pm - 11pm, $8.50/day); Night (11pm - 7am, $14/day).

Company transport at various location in the west.

• Daily routine check of machinery to ensure that all apparatus and equipments are working.
• Attend to all task, complaints, breakdown and monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
• Analyse & troubleshoot for performance & counter measures to rectify issues.
• Report to Supervisor for rectification of faults when own initiative could not resolve.
• Ensure safety of operation after repair accordance to standard.
• Assist in planning of systematic maintenance schedule for machine.
• Maintain and submit daily machine problem analysis reports to Supervisor.
• Attend meetings, reviews, discussions and co-ordinate with Production Supervisor.
• Perform instructions as may be required by superior.
