Position Summary

You will lead site communications and culture work that helps colleagues feel informed, connected and motivated. You will work closely with leaders, HR and regional teams to design and deliver clear internal communications and engagement activities for our Singapore site. You will use data, storytelling and practical channels to build trust, inclusion and a strong sense of purpose. You will join a collaborative team that values curiosity, measurable impact and career growth. This role gives you the chance to shape how we work together to get ahead of disease by uniting science, technology and talent.

Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Design and deliver internal communications and culture programs that align with organisational priorities and local needs. Develop and execute the annual site communications plan to help drive employee engagement and align staff around site-, GSC- and GSK strategy and priorities
  • Partner with leaders and HR to translate strategy into practical actions that shape employee experience.
  • Use employee insight and data to measure program impact, guide improvements and report progress. Use relevant metrics to measure impact and generate insights to drive improvements.
  • Create clear, accessible content for multiple channels, including email, intranet, workshops and presentations.
  • Plan and run events and campaigns that build engagement, psychological safety and inclusion.
  • Manage the site’s communication channels in the day‑2‑day. This includes organising all‑site town halls, managing newsletters and digital channels and maintaining the site’s intranet pages up to date.
  • Coach leaders and communicators on effective messaging and change communication.
Basic Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, organisational development, business, HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal communications, employee engagement, culture or change communications.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to write simply for broad audiences.
  • Experience using employee insight, engagement survey results or analytics to guide decisions.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with leaders and cross‑functional partners.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation or multinational environment.
  • Already residing in Singapore and able to work on‑site with a hybrid working pattern as required by the role.
Preferred Qualification
  • Experience designing behaviour‑change or culture‑shift programs.
  • Practical knowledge of inclusion and applying inclusive practices in communications.
  • Experience running workshops, leader forums or peer networks.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, intranet platforms and basic analytics.
  • Experience in regulated industries or with health and life sciences organisations.
