A global biopharma company in Singapore seeks a T&P Lead to develop and execute tender and pricing strategies. This role requires strong knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and at least 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and governance in the pricing process. The individual in this role will be responsible and accountable for developing and effectively executing tender and pricing strategies to deliver business objectives. They will ensure adherence to governance processes and the internal control framework, as well as local operating procedures, and alignment with promotional, marketing and competitive guidelines.
To deliver the above, the T&P Lead must demonstrate a good understanding of the tender and pricing landscape in Singapore, adherence to governance frameworks and internal/external systems and processes. The ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, work with agility and operate at pace are critical in this role for delivering GSK's broader mission to improve the quality of human life.
