Manufacturing IT & ERP Specialist — Hands-on Support
Job summary
A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a proactive IT Executive to oversee their information technology and ERP systems. The role involves providing comprehensive IT support across various sites, addressing hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operations critical to manufacturing. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, a degree in Computer Science or IT, and strong communication skills. They should be proactive, collaborative, and ready to tackle new challenges.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for hardware and software issues.
- Train users on system access and usage.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
- Input for IT requirements planning and budgeting.
- Analyze system requirements for IT upgrades.
- Troubleshoot integration issues with manufacturing equipment.
