A technology company in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to lead technology projects. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and process adherence. You will plan projects, monitor progress, manage risks, facilitate communication between teams, and enforce development processes across engineering teams. This role isideal for an experienced PM with 5+ years of experience who thrives on ownership, cross-functional coordination, and driving project execution excellence.
Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation. Develop detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on tasks and milestones.
Progress Monitoring: Track project execution, monitor KPIs, and ensure milestones are met. Identify delays or blockers and proactively manage resolutions.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, assess impact, and define mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
Issue Resolution & Communication: Organize meetings, communicate progress, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate responses when issues arise to minimize impact.
Process Enforcement: Ensure teams adhere to defined development processes, including Agile/Scrum practices, code review, testing, and deployment workflows. Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, status reports, and post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management or technology program management, preferably in software development or IT projects.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Systems Knowledge: Understanding of distributed systems, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows is a plus.
Tools & Skills: Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Leadership: Drive cross-functional teams, enforce processes, and ensure accountability.
Ownership: Take responsibility for project delivery, risks, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Adaptability: Navigate dynamic, evolving project landscapes and manage competing priorities.
Communication: Convey technical and project-related information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
