• Responsible for efficient execution of recruitment operations activities in the areas of employment contract generation, documents collection, background checks and onboarding logistics
• Management of off‑boarding for leavers
• Record creation and data management in HR Information System
• Record management and maintenance of employees’ personal file
• Management of work passes for employees (application, issuance, renewal and cancellation)
• Management of queries received via team mailbox – employment certification, benefits & employment regulations queries and respond to ex‑employee reference check
• Management of employee life cycle events – probation end, transfer, re‑employment
• Arrangement of payment for invoices from service providers (i.e. recruitment agencies, benefit providers, background check etc)

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related field of studies with at least 5 years' experience in HR operations
• Proven experience working in fast‑paced environment. Prior experience working in banking and financial services industry or MNCs would be a plus
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications
• Good working knowledge of employment legislations, statutory submissions, claims procedures and SAP SuccessFactors
• A team player who is customer focused, has a sense of urgency, meticulous and with strong organization skills, ability to multi‑task and collaborate across all levels and teams
• Independent, adaptive and innovative individual with strong appreciation of processes and good numerical and analytical skills
• With high resilience, agility and passion to drive continuous process improvements to raise standards in delivery of HR services
• Proficiency in reading and writing in Japanese will be an advantage, for purpose of communication with expatriates and Head Office in Tokyo
