Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance analysis to provide actionable financial insights.
• Act as a strategic business partner to departments, supporting decisions and driving financial ownership.
• Evaluate business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives to fuel growth and efficiency.
• Oversee treasury and investment functions, managing surplus funds and coordinating with external fund managers.
• Champion process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years in FP&A, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Results-driven, analytical, and deadline-focused.
• Skilled in communicating with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced in Excel and familiar with ERP/financial systems (Oracle NetSuite, Sage 300, Power BI).
