Introduction

This role within AI Pod focuses on partnering specific Temasek Portfolio Companies (TPCs) to drive AI Transformation for value creation. It supports our broader mandate of enabling effective AI adoption across portfolio companies and delivering tangible impact in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Enabling AI Transformation at the Core: Consult and drive engagement with TPCs’ management teams on their AI vision and strategies, activating high‑impact AI initiatives that create tangible business value.
• Build Credibility and Repeatable Playbook for AI Transformation: Stay abreast of technical developments and combine this with deep business understanding to create practical roadmaps and partnership approaches that generate value.
• Drive AI diffusion and support portfolio enablement: Share insights on AI developments and product roadmaps; connect portfolio companies with leading AI funds and ecosystem players to accelerate value creation.
• Support Due Diligence in select AI investments: Assess commercial potential and technical feasibility of AI technologies, identifying organic and inorganic value‑creation opportunities.
• Support Temasek’s broader AI strategy: Prioritise AI opportunities within Temasek and its portfolio, aligning initiatives with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely insight sharing.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in management consulting and/or deployment of AI solutions at production grade, with preference for those who have shaped or evaluated AI products or business models.
• Strong product and business acumen, ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of predictive and GenAI models, machine learning frameworks, and the key enablers of scalable AI deployment.
• Strategic, business‑oriented thinker with a customer focus; self‑starter capable of independently driving workstreams and prioritising effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence senior stakeholders across diverse and fast‑moving environments.
• Strong academic foundation with analytical depth; technical degree (computer science, engineering, applied math) or substantive AI consulting/product/technical experience preferred.
