Get to Know the Team

Our Regional Managed Enterprise team leads partnerships and accelerates growth with Grab's largest regional merchants, clients, and agencies. We are critical to Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's super app by being indispensable partners to our most strategic regional accounts. Our focus is on driving business and commercial growth across the entire OneGrab ecosystem. We develop business strategies that allow us to serve our largest strategic partners, believing in creating mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance their business offerings and positively improves customers' lives.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the Regional GrabAds leadership team, you will lead the strategic evolution of our Agency business. You will partner with a portfolio of the world's largest media agencies and enterprise advertisers to drive commercial growth for GrabAds. This is a "builder" role, you will be expected to think in scaled systems, creating frameworks from scratch that enable local sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and utilization of Grab's advertising suite.

This is a fully onsite role, at our Singapore's One North office and will be reporting to the Regional Executive Director Strategic Accounts, Multi-Vertical

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
1. Scaled Systems and Ecosystem Building
  • Systemic Growth: Design and implement scalable commercial frameworks and agency programs from scratch that can be replicated across all eight Grab markets.
  • Adoption and Utilization: Partner deeply with local sales and marketing teams to drive the regional adoption of agency tools, ensuring high utilization of GrabAds' enterprise features.
  • Evolution: As agencies continue to come under pressure GrabAds will need to find ways to penetrate both the C-level but also the media planning & buying layer so that agencies are clear about when and how they should leverage Grab's unique ecosystem. You will be required to “future proof” our agency business thinking through issues like tool integrations, enablement & certifications, in partnership with relevant cross functional partners e.g. sales enablement, marketing etc.
2. Agency Leadership and Strategic Growth
  • Portfolio Management: Lead and grow a portfolio of key Agency Partnerships across the region, securing both short term strategic campaigns and long term Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Network Cultivation: Act as the primary regional point of contact to build and strengthen high level relationships with C suite decision makers at major holding companies.
  • Commercial Rigor: Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and account development plans to ensure Grab remains a top tier priority for agency investment. Trading deals are now table stakes and only effective if there is true buy-in by the business teams so you will use your commercial acumen to find innovative and sustainable ways to grow our agency business.
3. Enablement and Thought Leadership
  • Agency Certification: Run effective training, content, and learning programs to "evangelize" GrabAds within media agencies, moving beyond simple sales to deep (Grab) ecosystem enablement.
  • Industry Representation: Represent GrabAds in the broader advertising community by participating in industry events, panels, and keynote sessions.
  • Internal Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the agency" internally, lobbying for the features and product enhancements that our partners need to succeed.
4. Team Leadership and Mentorship
  • People Development: Lead and mentor a small team of high performing, experienced Agency Partners, fostering a culture of high throughput and accountability.
  • Performance Accountability: Hit and exceed quarterly sales and business performance targets through disciplined pipeline management.
