Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented HR support professional. In this role, you will consolidate medical invoices, process salary increments, and assist with medical insurance enrolment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative functions. The position offers a great opportunity to grow within the HR field. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and maintain records of medical invoices provided by secretaries.
- Consolidate salary increment requests.
- Prepare and submit monthly salary increment reports for approval.
- Review, process, and monitor medical invoices.
- Send approved salary increment to payroll team for processing.
- Assist with medical insurance enrolment, updates, and terminations.
- Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee’s hospital admissions or specialist visits.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
